Pat Carroll & Company FCA BBS (Hons) MInstD, is a firm of Chartered Accountants, Tax Advisors and Managing Consultants. Formerly, Mr. Carroll was a Director and management consultant with KPMG, prior to being asked by the then Minister for Enterprise and Employment, Richard Bruton TD, to be his Programme Manager. With KPMG, Mr. Carroll worked in the USA (Silicon Valley, California) and the UK. He has hands-on industrial experience and has provided strategic, operational and management consulting to Irish and Multi-National companies.

Mr. Carroll has assisted companies in take-over strategies, valuations, re-structuring and financing. Mr. Carroll has also provided direct hands-on education and training with the University of Limerick (MBA Programme: Finance Module), FÁS, Pfizer and other companies.

He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is a member of the Institute of Directors.

The firm has 50+ years’ experience in providing accounts, tax advice and independent manager and financial advice to clients.
